Charles A. Douille

Mr. Douille is the director and founder of Investment Operation Solutions. He has over fourteen years of experience specializing in investment operations and client reporting. He has held positions at Bank of America as a Vice President and Manager of Client Reporting, Kayne Anderson Investment Management as Investment Operations Manger, and at Wilshire Associates as a Performance Measurement Analyst. For Beverly Investment Advisors, he manages the client reporting process, provides Advent consulting solutions, and assists with compliance issues. Mr. Douille received his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University George L. Graziadio School of Business and graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of the Association of Investment Management & Research (AIMR).

Carmen Pon

Ms. Pon is Relationship Manager of Investment Operation Solutions. She joins us with over fifteen years of industry experience having held client servicing and investment auditing positions during her career. Ms Pon assists the firm with client service requests. Carmen received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s College.
